New Hospital Construction Project

On the Healthcare Horizon

Martha Jefferson is developing a new community hospital for Charlottesville and Central Virginia on an 84-acre property at Peter Jefferson Place near Pantops.  The first phase of the new healthcare campus was the Outpatient Care Center, opened in 2003.  Construction is under way for the next phase, which will include a replacement hospital.

The Foundation is engaged in a major campaign to help fund the project that requires a significant community philanthropic partnership.  You can designate funds toward this effort now.
