Health Information

The Foundation is affiliated with Martha Jefferson Hospital, but the Foundation will not respond to hospital-related questions or concerns. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY HEALTH INFORMATION TO THE FOUNDATION.

We will use your information to respond to your comments and questions and to process your donations. Below are details on our web site's available services and how we will use information you submit to us via our web site:

  • Online Donations
    • We may use your information to process the donation, to contact you regarding your donation, and to answer any questions or concerns you raised related to donations. We will also retain this information in our records.  For your convenience, when you make a donation we will automatically include you in our mailing list.
  • Registration (this functionality is coming soon)
    • Registration is optional, and you do not need to register to make a donation. Registration allows you to review or change the information we have on file for you (such as updating your phone number or email address), and will allow you to review your donations history. If you choose to register, you consent to us storing your information.
  • Email Newsletters  (this functionality is coming soon)
    • This service is optional. For your convenience, when you make a donation we will also automatically include you in our email mailing list. If you do not wish to receive publications, mailings and/or emails from us, you may check "no" to this option when donating online. You may cancel the newsletter at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email newsletter. If you make a donation and choose not to subscribe to our newsletter, we will only send you emails that respond to your inquiries or are related to your donation.

Children

We do not solicit and will not accept donations or other information from children.
