The 16th Annual Martha Jefferson 8K run & 4K walk
and 1/3 mile Kid's Dash

Same course as last year!

Join us on Saturday, March 10, 2012 for the 16th Annual Martha Jefferson 8K run & 4K walk and our newest addition, 1/3 mile Kid's Dash. The course will remain the same as last year winding through the historic and scenic neighborhoods of downtown. The Charlottesville Day School (located in the former MJH Education Building) will host packet pick-up and pre-race staging.

Thanks to YOUR support, proceeds from the event will assist Martha Jefferson Hospital Community Outreach programs. Designed to promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle, these programs include free blood pressure and blood sugar checks, Supermarket Smarts Classes, Diabetes Education Programs, and equipment to accommodate bariatric patients. Health education programs for school-age children of all ages are also offered. These are just a few of the programs and services offered to the community and patients as part of the Martha Jefferson Hospital Caring Tradition.
