Martha's Market 2008: 
An Arena Filled with Generosity

The 15th Annual Martha's Market will be held from October 10-12, 2008.

Join us for the 15th Annual Martha's Market as 65 boutiques from across the country  turn the John Paul Jones Arena into a unique marketplace.   The event takes place over a three day period and is host to vendors who donate 15% of every sale directly to the women's healthcare programs.

Martha's Market 2008 will run on Friday, October 10 from 10 am to 7 pm; Saturday, October 11 from 10 am to 6 pm; and Sunday, October 12 from 10 am to 4 pm.  Admission is $5, children 10-and-under are admitted free.  Gourmet lunch, convenient parking and complimentary package and coat check are available.  The John Paul Jones Arena is located at 296 Massie Road in Charlottesville and is handicapped accessible.

Since its inception in 1994, Martha's Market has been proud to support  many facets of women's healthcare, with the primary emphasis on breast health.  Over the past thirteen years, through the tremendous success of Marthas Market, the Women's Committee has raised over $2.5 million in support of such areas as breast health, technology, women's midlife health, heart disease and outreach to underserved populations.
