Gifts of Cash

An outright gift made in the form of cash, check or credit card is usually the simplest, most convenient method for making a charitable contribution. In most cases, donors who itemize deductions on their tax returns can deduct a cash gift for income tax purposes during the year in which the contribution is made. Often, the resulting reduction in income taxes lowers the net cost of the gift.

To make your gift by check, mail a completed form with your check to the Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation address provided.

1. Print and complete one of the following Gift and Commitment Forms:

      a. Annual Fund

      b. Tribute and/or Memorial Gift

      c. New Hospital Capital Project

2. Mail your check and completed form to:
